Personal AI OS ("the app") is a personal productivity tool for capturing and organising your
own voice notes and meeting recordings. This policy explains what we collect and how it is used.
Information we collect
- Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your email
address and basic profile identifier solely to create and identify your account.
- Your content. The notes, audio recordings, and transcripts you create in
the app are stored so you can access them across your devices.
How we use it
- To authenticate you and keep your data tied to your account.
- To transcribe and organise the notes you record, and to show them back to you.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share your notes with other users or third parties for
advertising.
Data storage & access
Your content is protected by per-account access controls and is visible only to you. Audio and
transcripts may be processed by transcription services strictly to produce your transcript.
Your choices
- You can delete individual notes at any time from within the app.
- You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.
- You can revoke the app's access to your Google account from your
Google account permissions page.
